How It Works

Drop off your laundry any time during business hours (7 am – 10 pm) and we will weigh your order and begin processing it immediately. Our normal turnaround is 24 – 48 hours, but we are happy to rush your order for a small additional fee. All orders are subject to a 10 lb minimum except for large items like comforters which are charged by the piece. We take great pride in the care of your laundry and will wash, dry, fold and package your laundry to the highest standards. No job is too big for our modern washers!

Our experienced staff at Express Laundry Center takes great care of your laundry articles, including:

• Washing only your items (we never combine your laundry with another customer’s)

• Identifying the washing requirements of each item

• Separating by color, temperature and degree of agitation

• Pre-treating stains

• Using first grade stain removers, detergents, fabric softeners and dryer sheets

• Following your special instructions and preferences (such as using your own soap)

• Drying and neatly folding

• Sorting by family member (if requested)

• Accepting all major credit cards for payment

Drop-off Terms of Service

Express Laundry Center Washateria & Laundromat strives to provide its clients with the highest level of service possible.
Terms of Service for Express Laundry Center Washateria & Laundromat:
Express Laundry Center Washateria & Laundromat services are provided subject to your (“Customer”) compliance and acceptance with the terms and conditions set forth below.
Please read the following agreement carefully. “Customer” use of any of Express Laundry Center Washateria & Laundromat’s services indicates an agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.
This agreement is strictly between Express Laundry Center Washateria & Laundromat and the Customer and does not in any way constitute or imply any relationship with any other parties.
As a condition to using any of Express Laundry Center Washateria & Laundromat’s services, and for the mutual benefit of both Express Laundry Center Washateria & Laundromat and the Customer, the undersigned (“Customer”) agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Garment Care, Missing or Damaged Goods:
Express Laundry Center Washateria & Laundromat will use reasonable efforts to try to ensure that washing, drying and folding services are maintained at a high level of quality.
Express Laundry Center Washateria & Laundromat accepts all Customer garments on the basis of weight and does not perform a piece-by-piece count.
Express Laundry Center Washateria & Laundromat accepts no liability for damage due to normal wear and tear or shrinkage during washing and drying.
Express Laundry Center Washateria & Laundromat reserves the right to refuse cleaning any garment.
Express Laundry Center Washateria & Laundromat does not guarantee removal of all stains.
Express Laundry Center Washateria & Laundromat accepts no liability for special care and delicate items that require special cleaning.
Express Laundry Center Washateria & Laundromat is not responsible for loss of or damage to any personal or non-cleanable items left in the clothing or bags such as money, jewelry, or anything else.
Express Laundry Center Washateria & Laundromat asks that each Customer to please determine whether they can accept the loss of any garment, if not please do not leave it with us.
“Customer must notify Express Laundry Center Washateria & Laundromat within 5 business days of receipt of a delivery of any lost or damaged items from that particular delivery, failure to do so constitutes waiver of a claim for any lost or damaged items from that delivery.”
Items not claimed 30 days after being cleaned are no longer the responsibility of Express Laundry Center Washateria & Laundromat.
Disclaimer:
Express Laundry Center Washateria & Laundromat’s liability under this agreement shall be limited to general money damages in an amount not to exceed the charges for the term of service paid by Customer in the term under which the damages are alleged to have occurred. This liability shall be the extent of Express Laundry Center Washateria & Laundromat’s liability regardless of the form in which any legal or equitable action may be brought and the foregoing shall constitute Customers exclusive remedy. In no event will Express Laundry Center Washateria & Laundromat be held liable or be responsible for any consequential, special, indirect, incidental, or punitive loss or damages whether or not Express Laundry Center Washateria & Laundromat knew or should have known of the likelihood of any loss or damages. Express Laundry Center Washateria & Laundromat disclaims all warranties express or implied with respect to the services rendered under this agreement.
Entire Agreement / Choice of Law:
This agreement and any documents referred to herein constitute the complete, exclusive, and entire agreement between the parties, may not be modified except in writing signed by both parties, and shall be governed by the state of Texas which it operates.
