Most orders are ready in 24–48 hours; rush service is available for a small additional fee.
A 10-pound minimum applies to standard drop-off loads; oversized pieces (e.g., comforters) are priced individually. You’ll know the weight up front, and we get started right away so you don’t wait around. The goal: predictable timing, no surprises, and a consistently professional finish.
Each order is processed on modern, high-speed washers and efficient dryers to clean thoroughly while protecting fabrics. We sort, wash, dry, and fold with attention to detail—then package everything to stay fresh until you’re ready to put it away.
Every location is bright, air-conditioned, and meticulously cleaned throughout the day. If you have a question at drop-off or pickup, trained attendants are on hand to help. Parking is ample, and in-store seating and folding stations make quick visits easy.
Need pickup and delivery for a workplace near Spring Hills? We offer business-only service for restaurants, hotels, medical/dental offices, gyms, salons/spas, industrial teams, and property managers. Our team inventories, transports, sanitizes, dries, folds, and professionally packages your textiles—then delivers them back ready to use. Note: residential pickup/delivery is not offered.

By using any of Express Laundry Center Washateria & Laundromat’s services, the customer (“Customer”) agrees to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read this agreement carefully before using our services. This agreement is made solely between Express Laundry Center Washateria & Laundromat and the Customer and does not create any relationship with third parties. Use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, which are intended for the mutual benefit of both parties.
Express Laundry Center Washateria & Laundromat will make every reasonable effort to ensure that all washing, drying, and folding services are performed with the highest level of quality. Laundry is accepted based on weight, not on a piece-by-piece count. We are not responsible for damage resulting from normal wear and tear, shrinkage, or manufacturer defects. While we strive to remove stains effectively, complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed. We reserve the right to refuse cleaning of any item that requires special handling or poses a risk of damage.
Customers are responsible for checking their items before drop-off and removing all personal belongings such as money, jewelry, or other valuables. Express Laundry Center Washateria & Laundromat is not responsible for loss of or damage to such items. Customers must notify us within five (5) business days of receiving their order regarding any lost or damaged items. Failure to do so will be considered a waiver of any claim. Items not claimed within 30 days of cleaning will no longer be the responsibility of Express Laundry Center Washateria & Laundromat.
Liability for any claim shall be limited to the total charges paid for the specific order in question. Express Laundry Center Washateria & Laundromat shall not be liable for any consequential, special, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. All services are provided “as is,” without any express or implied warranties.
This agreement represents the complete and exclusive understanding between the Customer and Express Laundry Center Washateria & Laundromat. It may only be modified in writing, signed by both parties. All matters arising from or relating to this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, where we operate.
