The young men I encountered on Sunday was very considerate very helpful very kind very productive he kept the washateria cleaned at all time he was very attentive to all staff he was even playful with the kids he didn't seem frustrated bathroom stayed well up kept. he deserves a raise and should be here more often. Stormmie Pugh10 days agoI came in 9/17/26 and loved every bit of it! It’s hard to find a laundromat just for you and can spend less on top of good customer service! For starters he answered my phone call, and was on top of phone calls the whole time I was there. Then the best part that many laundromats don’t help with..! So I tried using the mega washer that’s 10.99 (I put my last $14 until payday on the smart card and last bit of detergent in the machine, so that made what I’m about to say even more relieving) anyways, the washer wasn’t starting. I asked for help and he reset the washer, and I’m sure he paid for my washer to start again because I saw him insert the payment card. I didn’t have to move washers, pay again, and my detergent didn’t go to waste!!! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Then to top it off, I came in with a tall basket full of clothes, a thin quilt, 2 fitted sheets, a king comforter, throw blanket, and king throw blanket, along with a couple of towels. Needless to say it all got thoroughly washed in one Mega wash for 10.99 rather than doing 2 washers at $8-9 each like other places. Also what I really like is it’s coinless, you can use your card or cash to load money onto the laundry card. Then the card is free (last couple places I tried charged $1 any time just to get a card) and I could do a custom dollar amount unlike other places as well!!! Others try for 10,15,20. Also tues-thurs 7a-3p they have 2 loaders for .99 which is cool. Furthermore, the guy, I need to get his name 😅 was thoroughly cleaning the entire time and attended to anybody that looked in distress or seeming to have an issue. Definitely one to recommend and deserving of 5 star rating. Those who rated lower I’m positive were just careless and didn’t even bother to genuinely try and receive the help that I know would’ve been given!Posted on Google

Niki M12 days agoI have always gone to this laundromat and have enjoyed the calm, cleanliness, of the facilities, and even the care of the staff. They have always been friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I recently have had to change my schedule which doesn’t allow a lot of time for simple errands including laundry so I asked a staff member about the wash and fold service, did the math and of course it was a little more for the convenience but this my second time using the service and I am glad I do! Staff member Mr. Stone assisted me most recently and was so courteous while assisting me, he gave me a window of time for pick up, and honored that time! Nancy Webb24 days agoNOT RECOMMENDED FOR TRAVELERS!!! The location was clean, the attendant helpful, and the machines mostly in working order. Laundry supplies may be purchased on site. There is at least one outlet where you can charge your devices. There are waiting benches and a table. However, it is a cashless business. You must buy a laundry card and add money to it to purchase anything, including the washers and dryers. You cannot get your money back off the card if you load too much. 👎 Response to reply: Thanks for making the cards free. The problem is that you CANNOT get any extra funds refunded. If you put too much money on the card, then you're SOL. Again, NOT recommended for anyone just passing through.Posted on Google

Andrea Neighbors49 days agoUpdate… once again, every time I come here for the past few months it’s a constant issue with the washers. I should not have to spend over 2 hours just to wash one load of laundry. The staff that is here are great. But you are losing my business because I don’t have all day to sit around here trying to get a load of clothes clean. FIX YOUR MACHINES!!!!!! I had an issue with the x-large washer and Stone was on it. He worked until it got the machine running for me then checked with me to make sure my clothes came out clean. Masque of Perfection56 days agoUpdate 8.2.26 : I won’t remove the bottom part of the review cause it actually happened, ‘BUT’ little Rhonda has been nothing but exceptionally kind and understanding to me, her customer service is A1 even the smallest of I didn’t hit the start button she’s comes to my rescue 😂. She is the reason I come back. Very sweet lady! The store is always clean & I enjoy the peace of doing my laundry dry here. Rico was so kind and helpful w/ showing me how to load my new card and the different machines. Very clean establishment, I will be a regular. I think the pricing is fair enough. No gunk in loaders . Keep up the great work here! Second trip here this week, very bad encounter with Greg in the picture. Terrible attitude . The machine took my money after needing to put something else in. He said that he spoke to Rhonda she told him not to start the machine back. I called the sister location spoke to a lady n she spoke to Rhonda n told him to start. He refused to start it even after being instructed by his management. He Got upset n said that he was not going to start the machine because I told them what he told me. He was caught in a lie & got mad. If you don’t like this field of work find something else sir, you are too old to behave this way, I have been nothing but nice to you! Sarah Morgan98 days agoVisited several times when my washer was out of commission for a few months. I’d not used a laundromat in years, but Lakeisha was so helpful from the moment I came in. She helped me get set up with a payment card, and the ONE time a washer gave me issues, she resolved it quickly. I saw staff constantly working to maintain the cleanliness of both the machines and overall facility. While I hope I’ll not need to visit again, if my personal machines give me problems in the future, this is the place I’ll turn to!Posted on Google
Loreal Diaz99 days agoI came on 6/20/26 when I walked in to get a basket so I could load my bags in to bring them inside. James greeted me with a friendly hello. When I was coming back in with my bags in the basket and carrying one bag James helped me by grabbing the one bag that I was carrying and also helped me with the basket. Told me if I needed anything to just let him know. He came back around to make sure I was still doing ok and to see if I needed anything. He helped me with my bags to the car and told me to have a good night. Thank you James for all your help and making my experience great when do have to come out in public. I will be back.
