We weigh your order on arrival, separate by color and fabric, and get it into our high-speed washers immediately. Most orders are ready in 24–48 hours; rush service is available for an additional fee. A 10-lb minimum applies to standard loads, and oversized items like comforters are priced individually.

Bring your bag, we’ll do the rest. Standard loads are billed by weight (10-lb minimum), and large items are clearly priced per piece. Need it faster? Ask for rush service at drop-off. Questions on special care instructions are handled at the counter before processing begins.
Need pickup and delivery for a business? We offer commercial pickup and delivery in Houston, Conroe, and The Woodlands areas. Our team inventories items at your site, transports them to our facility, washes/sanitizes, dries, folds, and returns them packaged and ready to use. Note: pickup and delivery are for businesses only; we do not offer residential pickup.
We serve restaurants, hotels, medical and dental offices, gyms, salons/spas, property managers, and industrial teams. Expect consistent quality controls, fabric/color separation, and clear chain-of-custody labeling. Pricing is volume-based with pay-as-you-go or invoicing options—no contracts required. By using any of Express Laundry Center Washateria & Laundromat’s services, the customer (“Customer”) agrees to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read this agreement carefully before using our services. This agreement is made solely between Express Laundry Center Washateria & Laundromat and the Customer and does not create any relationship with third parties. Use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, which are intended for the mutual benefit of both parties.
Express Laundry Center Washateria & Laundromat will make every reasonable effort to ensure that all washing, drying, and folding services are performed with the highest level of quality. Laundry is accepted based on weight, not on a piece-by-piece count. We are not responsible for damage resulting from normal wear and tear, shrinkage, or manufacturer defects. While we strive to remove stains effectively, complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed. We reserve the right to refuse cleaning of any item that requires special handling or poses a risk of damage.
Customers are responsible for checking their items before drop-off and removing all personal belongings such as money, jewelry, or other valuables. Express Laundry Center Washateria & Laundromat is not responsible for loss of or damage to such items. Customers must notify us within five (5) business days of receiving their order regarding any lost or damaged items. Failure to do so will be considered a waiver of any claim. Items not claimed within 30 days of cleaning will no longer be the responsibility of Express Laundry Center Washateria & Laundromat.
Liability for any claim shall be limited to the total charges paid for the specific order in question. Express Laundry Center Washateria & Laundromat shall not be liable for any consequential, special, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. All services are provided “as is,” without any express or implied warranties.
This agreement represents the complete and exclusive understanding between the Customer and Express Laundry Center Washateria & Laundromat. It may only be modified in writing, signed by both parties. All matters arising from or relating to this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, where we operate.
