In these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), “we,” “us,” or “Express Laundry Center” refers to Express Laundry Center Washateria & Laundromat, operating in The Woodlands, Houston, Conroe, Texas. By accessing or using our website, services, or facilities (including self-service laundromats, wash & fold, pickup & delivery, commercial laundry), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into these Terms. By using any of our services—or by submitting an order or request—you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services & Orders

• We provide laundry services including self-service laundry, wash & fold drop-off, pickup & delivery, and commercial laundry at our locations.
• All services are subject to availability, capacity, and operational conditions.
• Orders (e.g. pickup, drop-off) should follow the procedure specified—scheduling, drop-off times, items to include, etc.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders in case of misuse, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices published on our website or at our locations are valid until further notice.
• We may charge a minimum fee, flat-rate items, or per-pound rates depending on the service.
• Payments must be made at the time of service unless otherwise agreed (e.g. invoicing for commercial clients).
• Additional charges may apply for items that require special handling, extra stain removal, or bulky loads.

4. Cancellation & Changes

• For scheduled pickups or deliveries, you must cancel or change your order at least [X] hours before the scheduled time to avoid a cancellation fee.
• We reserve the right to change or cancel scheduled services in exceptional circumstances (e.g. equipment failure, weather) and will notify you as soon as possible.

5. Customer Responsibilities & Items Not Accepted

• You agree not to include hazardous materials (e.g. bleach containers, flammables), items with pests, or non-washable items.
• Please check pockets, empty liquids, and secure delicate items.
• We are not liable for loss or damage of items that you leave out of our care or do not declare properly.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

• We strive for quality, but EXPRESS LAUNDRY CENTER IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES (e.g. lost income, inconvenience).
• Our maximum liability for loss or damage is limited to the value of the service paid for the specific order.
• We do not guarantee results for items beyond normal wear or items severely damaged.

7. Intellectual Property & Use of Site

• All content on our website (texts, logos, images) is owned or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify it without our permission.
• You may use the site only for lawful purposes and must not interfere with its operation or security.

8. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will revise the Effective Date. Your continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Note: Under Texas law, certain clauses (e.g. indemnity, arbitration) must be clearly prominent to be enforceable.

9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

• These Terms and any disputes will be governed by Texas law.
• You agree that any legal action must be brought in the courts of [appropriate county in Texas], unless otherwise agreed.
